PedX Baltimore is a haven for men as well as women streetwear in Baltimore. Quintel Harcum of Quell Collections is a new up and coming accessories designer in Baltimore that has joined the PedX Baltimore community.
Harcum’s menswear brand, Quell Collections is a small accessories line that includes bracelets and pins. He is currently working on expanding his brand into clothing and more.
