Cammie Wooten McCourt has a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Salem International University, a bachelor’s degree from Marshall University, and has been a National Board-Certified Teacher for 17 years as a Special Needs Specialist. She holds certifications for Superintendent, Supervisor General Instruction, Principal, Elementary Education, Specific Learning Disabilities, Behavior Disorders, and Mental Impairments.

She spent 16 years as a special education teacher focusing on students with challenging behaviors, and 5 years leading the Elementary Behavior Alternative program for 百花视频 County Schools.

Ms. McCourt is a dedicated lifelong learner and is excited to join Central City Elementary School as an assistant principal. Her goal is to help prepare all Central City students academically, socially, and emotionally for the bright future that awaits them.

In her personal life, Cammie McCourt is a proud mom of three wonderful adult children, one terrific teenager, and grandmother to four handsome grandsons.
